About your photographer
"What is your experience in boudoir photography?"
I have been passionate about photography most all of my life. In 2003 I landed my first job in the industry as an assistant for a local photographer back in my home town. It wasnt until 2012 that I was able to purchase my own camera and started After Dark Photography Studio Specializing in boudoir in 2014. It's been a wonderful 7 years servicing our clients from California, to new york and now georgia!
"Why do you shoot boudoir?"
I started shooting women portraits when I got my first camera (in 2012) and so many times heard them say negative things about their bodies. Women I really admired, FRIENDS I HELD DEAR IN MY HEART AND WOMEN i WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT TO BE INSECURE ALL HAD THE SAME COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW THEY FELT OR HOW THEY LOOKED. i THOUGHT TO MYSELF THERE MUST BE A WAY TO CHANGE THIS, TO REALLY SHOW THEM WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE AND THAT IS WHEN i FOUND BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY. tHROUGH LEARNING AND INSPORATION MY PASSION HAS BECOME SHOWING PEOPLE HOW TO TEAR DOWN THEIR WALLS OF INSECURITY AND DOUBT TO LET THEIR LIGHTS SHINE. bOUDOIR IS LIKE SELF IMAGE THERAPY FOR THE SOUL AND I'M REALLY EXCITED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU.
I'm a little quirky, but ok with that.

At this time for sanitary reasons we do not provide lingerie. We do however have a client closet with accessories and props that can be easily sanitized.

At your consultation, we will chat all about your style, what your body type is and the best lingerie to bring your vision to life. When you book with us you will also get a "Getting ready guide" that provides insight on shopping for lingerie as well as references to our favorite stores.

Session & Product
How long will the session take?
On average our sessions run from 9 am to 2 pm. This includes your time with the beauty team, shooting, massage, and gallery viewing.
How long will it take to get my products back?
Digital products take on average 2-4 weeks to go through retouching and physical products take 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of your order.
How are the images edited?
All images are individually hand-retouched through a professional retoucher. All non-permenant blemishes are removed excluding tan lines. Additional processing/editing available on request. Images are also treated with our studios signature color grade process.
Do you put the images on the internet?
Our clients have full share rights to their images. If you would like them to remain private they never go on the internet.
